Farm
The Foundry wurde im Jahre 2000 vom jetztigen Meerlust Weinmacher Chris Williams gegründet. Seither widmet sich Chris im Nebenjob seinen Foundry Weinen.

Winemaker
Im Jahre 2010 ist Chris Williams bereits seit 15 Jahren auf Meerlust tätig. Seit 2005 als Kellermeister. Er hat das Handwerk vom traditionalisten Giorgio della Cia von der Pike auf gelernt.
Weinstilistik
Hier werden vor allem Syrah Weine, aber auch Viognier abgefüllt. Rebsorten die man bei Meerlust nicht findet, und wo sich Chris Williams voll ausleben kann.
